The thing is...

Friday prayers "khutbah" (blame me for not googling the meaning in english, speech?) are meant for reflection amongst the whole Islam community. What we can do to improve ourselves both externally and internally. But, what I have found recently it is a medium to spread political propaganda and wishing wellness on leaders who don't lead by example.

The story goes like this; for the past 3 weeks I have been going to the Putrajaya Masjid (I will not call it Mosque, for reasons it might be derogative to us all, MIGHT, I am still unsure but I'll check wikipedia soon-ish). Anyway, during last weeks Friday prayers the speaker (yes I haven't gotten around to finding the true word for it, so shut it) was going on and on about subsidies. Yes, the subsidies that government has countless times preached to us on how it is how they help the citizens.

He was preaching how these subsidies are helping out the poor. Paradox (or bullshit), if I've ever saw one. How are you going to help the poor by increasing the oil prices? The thing is, with oil prices sky-rocketing, the poor has to hike up prices of their raw products (if they're in the agri or fishing industry that is, and thats only if they have jobs) just so they can make ends meet. They will be living the same life they have. In a way, inflation is good only if our wages follow the trend, but it has been stagnant for how long I don't know.

I remember a time when MYR 100 can get you a lot of stuffs. Now, you can barely do shit with it. I need MYR 200 to buy games DAMNIT! Can we make videogames official over here. Videogames are not a kid's toy anymore and stop lumping gamers into people who don't grow up, its our past-time and luxury. If you want to modify your car just so it can go that bit faster, then get pulled over by the cops and then complain how shitty cops are, go ahead.

Sorry for the tangent.

The second thing is, when we 'Amin' to all the Islamic verses (yes again I am an asshole, I am not pious enough to understand their meanings, it's a gradual thing) and then they go ahead and ask that Sultans or Agongs or Leaders of the state be given prosperity and wealth. That is the only part I don't 'Amin' to. What have THEY done to improve Islam? These royal families go drinking around in pubs and showing off how modern they are. They think they have relations to prophets and all that crap. Being related and improving Islam does not equal the same shit. You are not going to get any reprieve.

I even think Parameswara is a goddamn Indian who lost his way. He ain't Indonesian or whatever, he is a fucking pariah! Think, he came from the west, I think around the Bali area and we all know Bali has strong Hindu-ism cultures. Hindu came from India, nuff said. I AM THE LAW!

But what do I know about how it was back then, he might be one of the prophets that were not significant enough to be named in the Holy Al-Quran. For that I apologise, and only if I was mistaken.

To all the Friday prayers preachers:
1. Stop spewing out political propaganda.
2. Don't ask Allah to save your KINGS or LEADERS who does not practise Islamic traits (it is so friggin' obvious in this country)

p/s - One of the preachers at the Putrajaya Masjid, was talking about how murderers were given a special type of hell, especially for them. Our DPM (Altantuya) was there at the time, I bet the preacher will be dumped into an obscure backwater town Masjid to do his speech from now on.

POWER TO THE PEOPLE I SAY!!! And I bet somebody punya bontot terus kecut along with their other private parts. I bet he did feel it when the khatib (tukang baca khutbah) gave the sermon (khutbah)

Macam mana mau beli kereta ni boy? Don't worry, somebody won't be in this country for long

i find it funny that masjid negeri sabah friday sermon was about drugs. of course the khatib sucked up by mentioning gov effort and even majlis fatwa to AGAIN sit down in a room and decreed that dadah is haram.. hahaha.. bunch of idiots

it is rare to hear the khatib mentioning smoking is hazardous cos the former imam negeri is also a smoker! lead by example? my ass!

As long as they do it, it should be okay. Smoking is hazardous, it kills you...should be made haram. fatwa this you bastards...IT DOESN'T NEED A FATWA TO TELL THAT SOMETHING IS BAD FOR YOU.

Drugs usually start with smoking. Smoking is an introduction. People keep on saying this but, nothing is done because the tobacco industry is well-established and lives of countless people depend on it (and of course lives of countless people end up in my ward). it's like coffee, discovery channel had a documentary on how coffee prices effect the lives of those who work on coffee plantations. It's all politics. Marijuana was used for many things, fabric, gunny sack, flags and then the idiot americans had to ruin the industry which was dominated by the south americans...the world is a conspiracy...

i never pay much attention to red carpets at mosque before. but come to think of it.. why must we gave such ho-ha to people going for prayer? even giving them a 'reserved' spot at the front of the line. siapa datang awal yang dapat la!

Oh shit the red carpet, what does that signify anyway. I mean it looks more like a road down to hell rather than a place in heaven for them.

I really hate the fact that when there's a Maulidur-Rasul parade thing, the damned head of state sits and watches the preceding under a shade. I bet, the Nabi S.A.W. sat together with the people under the hot sun. But of course he didn't need shades, he had POWAH!

Yeah, tell that to them bastards. They're so-called vips today, but, God will put them into their appropriate ranks in hell...vip spot in hell. steal some more money from the rakyat. that's gonna put right at the source of the furnace
